Everything you know. Everything you need. One intelligence.

Rill is your personal intelligence: an AI-powered assistant, concierge and second brain that brings your whole world together. It remembers what matters, understands your priorities, connects what you know, and helps you through work and life before you have to ask. More than an assistant, Rill is an intelligence that grows with you.

Say it, snap it, forward it. Ask for it back and get one answer, with the notes it came from.

  • Use Rill on the web today.
  • iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch apps: coming soon to the App Store.
RillRill on iPhone: the Rill logo as one large button to talk or record, a row of capture shortcuts for photos, scans and files, and a box that says “Say it, or type it”.

How it works

Keep it. Ask for it. Let Rill handle the next step.

  1. 1

    Keep anything

Talk, type, snap a photo, scan a page, drop a file or forward an email. It all lands in one place, sorted for you.

  2. 2

    Ask in plain words

“What did I decide about pricing?” Rill answers from what you kept and shows the notes behind the answer.

  3. 3

    Hand it the next step

Reminders, to-dos, drafts and calendar changes. Anything that reaches another person waits for your OK.

Tell Rill

One assistant, wherever you are.

The same Rill, with the same memory, in the app and in your messages. What you said by text this morning is part of the conversation in the app tonight.

Capture

One place for everything you want to keep.

Tap to talk, hold to record. Snap a photo, scan a page, paste, or drop a file. Rill writes it down, files it and tags it, so there is no folder to choose.

  • Voice, text, photos, PDFs and Word files, links, email
  • Recognises receipts, recipes and business cards in a photo
  • Bring your past in: Evernote, Kindle highlights, X, LinkedIn, notes in a .zip
  • Undo a capture in one tap

Recall and Ask Rill

Ask, don’t browse.

Type a question the way you would ask a colleague. Rill reads what you kept and writes one answer, with numbered links to the captures it used, so you can check every line.

  • Answers cite the captures they came from
  • Ask about one person, one source, or one stretch of time
  • Follow-up questions keep the thread
Rill answering “What did I decide about pricing?” with a short answer that numbers each source, and the numbered captures underneath.Recall answering “What did I promise Maya, and when?” in two sentences that cite two captures, listed underneath.

Today and Drift

Your day in one view, and one thing worth seeing again.

Today shows what you captured, what is on your calendar and what you owe people. Tap Drift and Rill brings back one past note, with the reason it chose it. The past only comes back when you ask.

  • End-of-day brief: promises made, anything past due, tomorrow’s load (Current)
  • Weekly review and a this-day-in-past-years view
  • Reminders at your local time, in the app or by text

The assistant

Ask Rill to do it. Approve it with one tap.

Rill drafts the email, the document or the calendar change, and shows it to you first. Nothing goes to another person until you say yes, and you can give a standing OK for small things like tidying your mail.

  • Emails, PDFs and Word files, images, slide decks and spreadsheets on request
  • Move or cancel events on iCloud and Outlook calendars; archive and label mail
  • Keeping an eye on things: a price, a reply, tickets going on sale
  • Reads public web pages, local events and showtimes, with the source named
  • Web pages it writes for you, private until you publish them
Things you can say
  • “Move my 3 pm with Dana to Thursday.”
  • “Text me when the Celtics tickets go on sale.”
  • “Turn my notes on the offsite into a one-page PDF.”
  • “Archive the receipts from Delta.”

To-dos and reminders

Say the plan out loud. Get a list back.

Speak a paragraph and Rill turns it into dated to-dos you can undo in one tap. Quick-add understands projects, priorities and “every Monday”. Rill also notices promises in what you capture and asks before adding them.

  • Today, Upcoming, Anytime and Someday views, plus a week view
  • Subtasks, deadlines, durations, files and comments
  • Forward an email with “Task:” in the subject to make a to-do

Meetings

Press record. Get the notes.

Record in the browser, including a call in another tab. Rill writes the summary, decisions and action items, and keeps the recording safe until the upload is done. Before a meeting, a brief shows what you owe the people in it.

  • Flag a moment while recording and Rill looks closer at it
  • Bring in finished meetings from Fireflies or Plaud
  • Recording time is included on Current and Confluence

Rill Agents

Hire an agent for the work that repeats.

A Chief of Staff, an Executive Assistant, a researcher, or one you describe in a sentence. Agents work from your memory on the schedule you set, and hold anything that would go out for your approval. Every action is in a ledger you can read.

  • Teams of agents with a lead and a shared brief (Agents Pro)
  • You set the credit budget; each run shows what it used
  • An add-on to any plan, from $5 a month
The “Hire an agent” sheet: a box to describe what you need, and templates such as Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant.

Constellation

See how your notes connect.

A map of the themes in your captures, in 2D or 3D. Type a word and the related themes light up, by meaning rather than spelling. Tap one to read the captures behind it.

  • Collections you can name, share and browse
  • Part of Current and Confluence

Rill Cards

A business card for each part of your life.

Make a card for work, one for a board seat and one for friends. Each has its own link, a QR code and a Save contact button, and shows only what you put on it.

  • Share it by link, QR code, text or email
  • People can send their details back, with their consent, and they land in People
  • Views, contact saves and details shared back, counted by Rill with no trackers

Privacy and security

You decide what Rill keeps, and what AI may read.

Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Choose how much AI sees, capture by capture, and read a log of every AI step on each one. Rill follows each website’s own terms before it acts there.

  • Full AI

AI reads a capture to file it and answer from it.

  • Preserve

AI helps you find things and never rewrites your words.

  • Vault

Rill’s AI answers, assistant and agents are off. Notes you seal in the Vault are encrypted on your device with your passphrase (paid plans).

  • Local-only

    Coming soon

    Nothing leaves your device.
