A founder’s day

For founders and operators who juggle meetings, people and promises.

Start from Today: your calendar with the free time shown, what you owe people, and the notes from yesterday’s calls. Hand the repeat work to agents that wait for your approval before anything goes out.

How it works

Step by step

  1. Open Today for the Day view of your calendars, your to-dos and what you captured.

  2. Say the plan for the day as a paragraph and get dated to-dos back.

  3. Set up a Brief for a question you keep asking (a competitor, a market) and get it by email on your schedule.

  4. Hire an agent for a weekly job; it drafts and waits in your inbox for one tap before anything is sent.

  5. Share a booking page so people can pick a time you are free.

What it uses

The Rill features behind it

  • Today’s Day view: Agenda, Timeline or Week, with the free time between meetings shown.

  • Calendars from Google, Microsoft 365, iCloud (Mail, Calendar and Contacts in one connection) and any published calendar feed.

  • To-dos with quick-add (#project, priority, “every Monday”), subtasks, deadlines and a week view. Say a paragraph and get dated to-dos you can undo in one tap.

  • Briefs (a standing question answered by email, quiet when there is no news), Decks (presentations built argument-first, exported to PowerPoint) and Social posts drafted in your voice for you to approve.

  • Agents for work that repeats, from Tier I for everyday work to Tier III for high-end work. They run on your schedule, hold anything outward for your approval, and keep a ledger of every action.

  • Booking pages for each part of your work, and meeting polls, checked against your calendars.

Features are on the web today. Plans are Rill Essentials and Rill; a line marked Rill plan is part of Rill, not Rill Essentials.
