Client meetings and follow-ups

For consultants, advisers and anyone whose week is client calls.

Record the call or bring in the transcript afterwards. Rill writes the summary, the decisions and the possible to-dos, tags the meeting with the client you name, and adds a to-do only when you tap it.

How it works

Step by step

  1. Before the first recording, Rill reminds you to tell the people you record and to ask for their consent where the law requires it.

  2. Record in the browser, or bring in a transcript from another tool.

  3. Name the speakers. Anyone who introduced themselves is already named from their own words; Rill does not recognise voices.

  4. Read the summary and decisions, write minutes in the layout you need, and tap the to-dos you want to keep.

  5. Before the next call, ask “what did I promise Acme?” and get the answer with the meeting it came from.

What it uses

The Rill features behind it

  • Before your first recording Rill asks you to tell the people you record, and to ask for their consent where the law requires it.

  • MeetingsRill plan

Record in the browser, including a call in another tab once you confirm everyone on the call knows and has agreed.

  • MeetingsRill plan

Bring in a meeting that already happened: paste a transcript, or open a text, Markdown, .vtt or .srt file. Fireflies and Plaud recordings can come in too.

  • MeetingsRill plan

A transcript by speaker. Name each speaker yourself; someone who introduces themselves (“Hi, I’m Dana”) is named from their own words. Rill does not recognise voices and keeps no voiceprints.

  • MeetingsRill plan

A summary, decisions and possible to-dos; a to-do is added only when you tap it. Minutes in five layouts, and Ask this meeting.

  • Answers number their sources, and each source opens at the exact passage it came from.

  • To-dos with quick-add (#project, priority, “every Monday”), subtasks, deadlines and a week view. Say a paragraph and get dated to-dos you can undo in one tap.

Features are on the web today. Plans are Rill Essentials and Rill; a line marked Rill plan is part of Rill, not Rill Essentials.
