Recipes and household admin

For whoever keeps the household running.

Snap a recipe from a magazine; photograph a receipt; forward the bills. Each lands in your library with its details read, and the ones that belong together are grouped for you.

How it works

Step by step

  1. Snap a recipe from a magazine or a screenshot. The ingredients and steps are read from it.

  2. Photograph a receipt, or forward a bill or a subscription email to your Rill address.

  3. Find them again in smart folders such as Receipts and expenses or Bills and subscriptions, or ask “where is the receipt for the dishwasher?”.

  4. Set a reminder by asking, at your local time, in the app or by text.

What it uses

The Rill features behind it

  • Photos of receipts and recipes are read for their details: the merchant, date and total, or the ingredients and steps.

  • Forward an email to your own Rill address and it is kept, attachments included.

  • CaptureRill plan

A booking confirmation, bill, warranty or policy, forwarded or snapped, is filed with its confirmation numbers, dates and amounts.

  • LibraryRill plan

Smart tags chosen from the tags you already use, and smart folders that fill themselves: Receipts and expenses, Bills and subscriptions, Warranties and insurance, Travel and tickets, and more. Keep, remove or undo any of it.

  • Narrow a question in plain English (“PDFs from my accountant in March”), or to one person, notebook, tag or stretch of time.

  • Reminders at your local time, in the app or by text.

Features are on the web today. Plans are Rill Essentials and Rill; a line marked Rill plan is part of Rill, not Rill Essentials.
