Travel, warranties and important documents

For the confirmations, warranties, policies and papers you only need now and then.

Forward a booking confirmation or snap a warranty card. Rill files it with its dates, amounts and numbers, shows the PDF as its pages when you open it, and keeps the sensitive ones sealed in the Vault if you choose.

How it works

Step by step

  1. Forward the confirmation, bill or policy email to your Rill address, or photograph the paper.

  2. Rill files it with its fields (confirmation numbers, dates, amounts) and puts it in Travel and tickets or Warranties and insurance.

  3. Open it in the Library: a PDF opens as its pages, beside the list.

  4. For a passport scan or a policy you would rather nobody could read, use Move to the Vault: it is sealed on your device with your passphrase.

  5. Months later, ask about it in plain words; the answer links to the document it came from.

What it uses

The Rill features behind it

  • Forward an email to your own Rill address and it is kept, attachments included.

  • CaptureRill plan

A booking confirmation, bill, warranty or policy, forwarded or snapped, is filed with its confirmation numbers, dates and amounts.

  • LibraryRill plan

Smart tags chosen from the tags you already use, and smart folders that fill themselves: Receipts and expenses, Bills and subscriptions, Warranties and insurance, Travel and tickets, and more. Keep, remove or undo any of it.

  • A Files view: an outline of every place, the list as rows, cards or a sortable table, and the item open beside it.

  • Items open as themselves: a PDF as its pages, a saved web page with its own pictures, a note with its headings, lists and tables.

  • Keep from AI on any capture, and Move to the Vault: sealed on your device, the readable original held 24 hours for Undo, then deleted.

  • The Vault: notes encrypted on your device with your passphrase before they leave it. Rill’s servers store only the sealed copy.

  • Answers number their sources, and each source opens at the exact passage it came from.

Features are on the web today. Plans are Rill Essentials and Rill; a line marked Rill plan is part of Rill, not Rill Essentials.
